Do you ship internationally?

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt fulfillment, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order will begin processing and cannot be altered. However, once delivered, items may be returned in accordance with our return policy for a full refund.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure payments through PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand and made-to-order items, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each item with love and care.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at support@angelversarys.com for assistance.


Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are exclusive of local taxes or import duties.
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import charges, determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@angelversarys.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple return process.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work swiftly to make things right.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
For credit/debit card payments, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for an update.
