📦 Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods (like holidays or memorial seasons), there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed.

🚚 Shipping Costs & Duties
- Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over $49 AUD.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country. These are not included in product or shipping prices.
📍 Local Delivery & Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup, but we’re working toward personal delivery options for customers in the Gold Coast area soon.
🔄 Returns, Changes & Cancellations

- Returns are accepted on most unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
- Need to cancel your order? Email us at support@angelversarys.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we may not be able to cancel it.
